✨Lifetime Plating Policy
Our Lifetime Plating Service allows you to get your jewellery replated with rhodium or gold finish for free, forever. This ensures your jewellery always looks brand new.
Simply contact our customer support to raise a plating service request. Pack your jewellery securely and courier it to our address. A flat ₹200 courier charge applies for this service.
The service covers replating of the jewellery surface to restore its original shine and finish. Normal wear and tear on plating is covered.
Damage to the jewellery structure, stolen or missing stones, bent or broken pieces, and intentional damage are not covered. Only plating restoration is included in this service.
The replating service is completely free. However, you need to pay a flat ₹200 courier charge while raising the plating service request to cover return shipping.
Once we receive your jewellery, the replating process typically takes 7-10 business days. You'll receive your beautifully restored piece back within 2 weeks.
🛡️6 Month Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including defects in craftsmanship, faulty clasps or closures, and issues with stone settings that occur during normal use.
The warranty does not cover: stolen or lost stones from the jewellery, physical damage caused by mishandling or accidents, damage from improper storage or care, discoloration due to chemical exposure (perfumes, lotions, etc.), and normal wear and tear.
Contact our customer support with your order details and photos of the defect. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the warranty claim process.
Depending on the defect and product availability, we will either repair the piece or provide a replacement of the same or equivalent product.
No, stone damage including chipped, cracked, or missing stones is not covered under warranty. Stones may get damaged due to impact which is beyond manufacturing defect.
Currently, we do not offer warranty extensions. The 6-month period starts from the date of delivery.

Yes, all our jewellery is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, which contains 92.5% pure silver. Each piece comes with a purity certificate.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Remove before swimming or bathing.
