Return Policy Details

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup from your address
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items with broken seals or tags removed
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage by customer

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
