Preventing Tarnish

Silver tarnishes when it reacts with sulfur compounds in the air. This is a natural process and can be accelerated by humidity, body oils, and exposure to certain chemicals.
Wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after each wear. For a thorough cleaning, use a silver polishing cloth every 2-4 weeks depending on how often you wear it.
We don't recommend this as toothpaste can be abrasive and may scratch the surface. Use only a soft cloth or specialized silver cleaning products.
