By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
• All our silver jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver (92.5% pure silver) and is hallmarked for authenticity.

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
• For COD orders, full payment is required upon delivery.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• Address changes are possible before the order is shipped. Please contact customer support immediately.

• We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items with removed tags, signs of wear, or damage are not eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

• All Omira products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Lost or damaged stones
• Intentional damage or alterations
• Damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water
• Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

• We offer free lifetime plating service on all Omira products.
• A flat courier charge of ₹200 applies for availing this service.
• The service covers replating to restore the original finish of your jewellery.
• Structural damage, broken pieces, and missing stones are not covered under this service.
• The replating process takes 7-10 business days after receiving your jewellery.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Omira Silver Jewellery / Kohenoor Nova Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

When using our website, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
